- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Been with Joe for a few years now. Had 2 issues with claims - one accident I had 0 liability in (the person who hit me took the appropriate 100% liability) which caused damage to our truck, totaled our camper and landed me in the hospital as I was pregnant. Joe helped us through the process and answered my million and one questions with patience and compassion. Second incident my car was stolen from a local repair shop due to the shop's negligence in leaving the keys in the ignition with the doors unlocked and going home for the night. Again Joe took all of my calls personally and answered all of my questions, guiding me through. In the end, I received the compensation from the insurances of the responsible parties. My rates did not increase due to either incident and I had confidence in the advice given by Joe. He is thorough and fair. And most importantly he will be there when you need him.
